Product Description
The Bolt Strength Olympic Incline Bench Press will allow users to take their bench press and upper body development to the next level.
The Bolt Strength Olympic Incline Bench Press has both a padded bench and two un-racking platforms. This makes this product safe, versatile and extremely comfortable.
The bench press is a key compound movement that incorporates many major muscle groups such as chest, shoulders and triceps.
The main benefit in performing incline presses is to develop the upper portion of the pectoral muscles. When the bench is set at an incline (15 to 30 degrees), you activate your shoulders more since it’s comparable to a shoulder press.
The Bolt Strength Olympic Bench Press will allow users to take their bench press and upper body development to the next level, through both progressive overload and strength endurance training.
The Bolt Strength Olympic Bench Press is a heavy duty bench press designed to excel in a commercial environment.
Benefits:
- Strong welds to ensure longevity & safe usage
- Multi-purpose unit, combining a bench with storage space
- High quality upholstery with thick cushioning
This combination means that the bench doubles up as both a workable area and storage unit giving you back more floor space and lessening the need for separate benches & storage racks.
Dimensions: 196.5 cm × 121 cm × 151.5 cm
