Product Description
The yoga block provides support for certain positions that require intense physical postures.
Safer than the traditional wooden block, the yoga block also helps you succeed in yoga. It does this by giving you support and stability.
This is also useful when performing Pilates exercises. With the extra support, it will be much easier to achieve those goals when it comes to developing those core muscles. It can be placed on your feet, hands, or spine.
Please note item is sold individually
