Product Description
Wall Balls are a key accessory for building explosive power by throwing them at the wall or floor. This throwing action helps to tone up your core muscles, while also strengthening the major muscle groups in your lower body, including your glutes, quads, calves and hamstrings. This exercise also works out your upper body.
The Wall Ball can also be used to assist with other exercises, such as sit ups or squats, as an extra added weight and are a great addition to circuit training or even for CrossFit training purposes. The durability of the Wall Ball ensures that it will be able to handle even your most brutal workout, over and over again as your strength increases.
A wall ball is typically used over a medicine ball due to its versatility in functional fitness exercises.
- Wall ball has a softer texture and bounces, making it easier to catch and throw during exercises like wall balls or partner tosses.
- The rubber construction of a wall ball also provides a better grip, allowing for a secure hold during dynamic movements.
- Wall balls have lighter weight options, allowing for a wider range of users to participate in exercises.
