Returns Policy
All goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition in its original packaging. The product must not be used by the client or defective and must contain all original parts and accessories. Returns must be made within 30 days, we will use our own discretion to accept returns after this time.
We can decline a return or exchange during the process if the returned items have been damaged or if any of the above stipulations have not been met.
Customers will be liable for any shipping costs to return items, they can send them back through a third-party service, deliver them to our showroom in Kylemore or FEI can organise collection for a fixed fee.
Any items returned for exchange or refund without the original documentation or return form will be rejected. Please clearly state on the invoice or return form whether you are requiring a refund or exchange and give your reasons for this.
Products may be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred colour or size is in stock. This option is available within 30 days of the delivery and the item must not be used in that period. If the preferred size or colour is not available, or you would like a different product, please return the unwanted product and place a new order.
Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
It may take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement as bank processes vary depending on the institution.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Returns can be addressed to Unit 1, Kylemore Park West, Ballyfermot, D10WC62.

3. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive another email or phone call with instructions on how to collect.

Orders will be ready for collection within 24-72 hours if items are in stock.

Please note that large items are kerbside/driveway delivery only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through your property.
