Product Description
The Forteza Belt Squat is designed to build lower body strength while reducing spinal loading, making it an excellent alternative to traditional barbell squats. By transferring the load through a secure belt rather than the shoulders, it allows users to train the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves comfortably while minimising stress on the back and upper body.
Constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame and a maximum load capacity of 250kg, the Forteza Belt Squat is built for demanding commercial environments. Its stable platform and smooth movement make it ideal for athletes, strength facilities, commercial gyms, and rehabilitation settings.
