Product Description
Bolt Strength Seated Lateral Raise Machine
The Bolt Strength Seated Lateral Raise Machine is a high-quality, commercial-grade solution for isolating and strengthening the deltoid muscles, particularly the lateral (middle) head of the shoulders. Designed as an effective alternative to dumbbell lateral raises, this machine offers a more controlled and ergonomic way to perform the movement—ideal for both safety and precision.
By providing ample lumbar support and a fixed movement path, this machine reduces the risk of improper form and minimizes the chance of using momentum, making it ideal for consistent and targeted shoulder training.
Key Features
-
Targeted Shoulder Isolation
Specifically engineered to activate the lateral deltoids, helping to build shoulder width and definition. -
Back Support for Proper Form
The seated position with a stable backrest promotes correct posture and minimizes lower back strain. -
Consistent Resistance Curve
Features biomechanical design elements like off-centre cams to ensure optimal resistance throughout the entire movement. -
Reduced Risk of Cheating
Fixed arm paths discourage momentum-based lifting, making the movement more effective and safer. -
Commercial-Grade Durability
Built from 100 x 50 x 3 mm thick box steel tubing with a powder-coated finish for long-term use in any gym setting. -
Height-Adjustable Seat
Ensures proper alignment and accommodates users of different sizes.
