Product Description
The Bolt Strength Plate-Loaded Abdominal Crunch Machine is a full commercial-grade core trainer designed to deliver efficient and effective abdominal workouts. Its ergonomic design ensures optimal user positioning, encouraging correct posture while isolating both upper and lower abdominal muscles through a natural crunching motion.
Users are seated upright with their legs locked in place and arms positioned overhead, allowing for a full range of motion that targets the core muscles without placing unnecessary strain on the lower back. The smooth vertical movement encourages proper technique, ensuring maximum muscle engagement and workout efficiency.
Engineered for progressive overload, the machine features a plate-loaded system on the upper carriage, allowing users to increase resistance using standard Olympic weight plates — making it ideal for both beginners and advanced users.

Dual Muscle Activation – Simultaneously engages upper and lower abdominals
