Available in a range of weights, Slam Balls are an effective way to increase the intensity of your daily workout regime. By design, you can throw the Slam Balls against the walls or floor to build explosive strength. However this versatile tool can also be used like a traditional medicine ball when undertaking squats, lunges and sit-ups to engage muscle groups and build strength and muscle stamina. The strong interior filling is substantial to maintain the shape of the ball through repeated impact, making it ideal for commercial gym use. The limited storage requirements of the Slam Ball also make it an ideal addition to your home gym.

PLEASE NOTE: For longevity of this product, we recommend you use on a 30/40mm soft mat. Avoid using the slam ball exercise on any hard service.: concrete, astroturf, or grass where stones/glass debris may be present.

Returns Policy
All goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition in its original packaging. The product must not be used by the client or defective and must contain all original parts and accessories. Returns must be made within 30 days, we will use our own discretion to accept returns after this time.
We can decline a return or exchange during the process if the returned items have been damaged or if any of the above stipulations have not been met.
Customers will be liable for any shipping costs to return items, they can send them back through a third-party service, deliver them to our showroom in Kylemore or FEI can organise collection for a fixed fee.
Any items returned for exchange or refund without the original documentation or return form will be rejected. Please clearly state on the invoice or return form whether you are requiring a refund or exchange and give your reasons for this.
Products may be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that thepreferred colour or size is in stock. This option is available within 30 days of the delivery and the item must not be used in that period. If the preferred size or colour is not available, or you would like a different product, please return the unwanted product and place a new order.
Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
It may take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement as bank processes vary depending on the
institution.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Returns can be addressed
to Unit 1, Kylemore Park West, Ballyfermot, D10WC62.
