It is designed for home use as it takes up very little floor space and is very versatile. The Bolt Strength squat stand can be adjusted in height and with allowing for easy storage and a variety of workouts. It can be used for squatting, shoulder press, barbell rows, bench press, and many more exercises. The Olympic 6ft Barbell is 15kg in weight and takes 2-inch Olympic plates. The bar comes with 65kg of tri-grip iron weight plates. This includes 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg. The weights bench can be put in a decline position for ab work and can be adjusted to several different angles depending on the exercise. Lastly, the deal includes 2 x 20kg adjustable dumbbells (40kg weight in total). These are great for single arm workouts and can be adjusted from 1kg all the way to 20kg for each arm.
This is a great gift idea for anyone who wishes to progress in their weight training and wants a home gym set-up. This package has been highly discounted to give people a chance to purchase a great deal this winter.
