Product Description
Available in a range of weights, slam balls are an effective way to increase the intensity of your daily workout regime. By design, the Slam Balls are to be thrown against the walls or the floor to build explosive strength. However this versatile tool can also be used like a traditional medicine ball.
They can be used when undertaking squats, lunges and even sit-ups. This engages muscle groups and also builds strength and muscle stamina. The strong interior filling is substantial to maintain the shape of the ball through repeated impact, therefore making it ideal for commercial gym use. The limited storage requirements of the Slam Ball also make it an ideal addition to your home gym.
