Product Description
One of the premier products to be added to our cable attachment range, the Single Row Handle is effective for targeting each side of the body separately. Single Row Handles also allow you to carry out one handed exercises. This makes them great for targeting both left and right parts of the body. Moreover, two of the most common exercises used with this attachment are the Single Handed Row and Cable Kick Backs.
Our Single Row Handle can be used with almost any cable machine on the market. This includes all cable machines on our site. For more information regarding exercises you can carry out with this please get in touch. The Single Row Handle is made out of hardened chrome and is commercial grade.
