Product Description
Lifting Chains – Available in 8KG, 12KG, and 16KG – Add Variable Resistance to Your Strength Training
Take your strength training to the next level with our heavy-duty Lifting Chains, designed to boost your performance by adding progressive resistance throughout each movement. Available in 8KG, 12KG, and 16KG, these gym chains are ideal for lifters of all levels—from beginners looking to challenge themselves to advanced athletes aiming to break through plateaus.
Why Use Lifting Chains?
Lifting chains are a popular tool in strength and powerlifting programs because they create variable resistance. As more of the chain lifts off the ground during a movement (like a squat or bench press), the weight increases—forcing your muscles to work harder through the strongest part of the lift. This trains your muscles to generate more force and improves both power and stability.
NOTE: This product is sold individually.
