Product Description
Having a disorganized training environment can easily get in the way of achieving fitness goals. Not only is clutter de-motivating, but not storing gym equipment properly, can lead to it getting damaged, or worse, you could injure yourself on it! You’ve made a commitment to yourself, now it’s time to do the same for your equipment!
Thoughtfully designed and beautifully crafted there is no question the Kettlebell Rack is the perfect addition to any home or commercial gym. Offering plenty of real estate this sturdy and stylish rack will comfortably hold a wide range or rubber or cast iron kettlebells. The flat shelving is perfect allowing for a clean, easy reach so you can focus on fitness training rather then on fiddly storage devices.
The regular use of free weights, such as kettlebells, is a fantastic way to strengthen and tone the muscles of the upper body including the biceps, triceps, deltoids, rhomboids, pectorals, trapezius and latissimus dorsi. You can also target the core abdominals as well for an even more intense workout! Regular use will not improve your strength and add muscular definition, it can also help with injury prevention, promote healthy weight loss and give added support to cardio health.
