This Rack allows you to perform any exercise from bench press, squats, deadlifts and everything in between. It is also the perfect space saver as it is only 450mm deep and the height of the rack can be altered if you have a low ceiling. This Custom Half Rack also has a multi grip pull up bar ideal for varying pull ups from close grip, neutral grip or wide grip.
