Product Description
Our Landmine Rig Attachment allows athletes to sleeve a barbell into the attachment connected to any rig! This product is extremely easy to set up! The landmine rig attachment is also very effective for performing movements such as back and rotational shoulder exercises. The attachment is perfect for allowing athletes to perform arching movements rather than linear ones. Therefore, this product prevents potentially painful ranges of motion. This Landmine attachment can be used in conjunction with our Olympic Barbells.
This versatile rig attachment can take your workout to the next level! As well as this, the attachment helps to build core rotational stability and power through a greater plain of motion, this product is a must-have!
Popular uses:
- Squats
