How to Use:

- Start by selecting the appropriate weight on the machine.
- Sit on the machine and adjust the seat height so that the padded bar is level with your chest when you are in the seated position.
- Grasp the handles or grips of the machine and sit with your back against the pad.
- Position your feet flat on the floor and keep your knees bent.
- With your hands positioned on the handles, exhale as you slowly pull the bar towards your chest, contracting your lats and triceps as you lift the bar.
- Hold the contraction for a moment at the top of the movement.
- Inhale as you slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
