How long of a weight bar do I need?
The weight of bar is determined by the space of your room and how big your squat rack is. We could typically advise a 7ft bar when possible. The 5ft and 6ft bar are good options when space is limited.

2inch weight plates are best suited for this bar.
What exercises can this bar be used for?
This bar can be used for a number of exercises such as:
