How to Use:
- Start by selecting the appropriate weight on the machine. You may need to adjust the weight stack or add or remove weight plates.
- Sit down on the machine and position your legs under the leg pad. The pad should be securely in place and adjusted to your leg length.
- Grasp the handles of the machine with an underhand grip. Your elbows should be resting against the pads provided.
- Slowly curl the weight towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body and your back against the seat.
- Pause for a moment at the top of the movement, and then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
- Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions. Remember to breathe and keep good form throughout the exercise.
