Our new and improved Hip Abductor/Adductor is the latest addition to the Bolt Strength Range. After direct correspondence with our commercial clients we have made various upgrades which have improved the quality of our latest range of weight stack machines.
This machine is a dual-purpose machine. It’s the perfect machine to target two major muscle groups, the abductors and adductors of the hip. What’s more, it also offers a quick and simple transition between these two groups. This means that the user can also optimise their time in the gym without having to switch machines between sets.
The user can use this to isolate either the abductors or adductors. These muscles are very important for stability when walking, running and also standing. There are not many machines that are able to isolate these muscle groups quite like this one. Its adjustability and comfort level is sure to maximise user enjoyment. The level of resistance is also adjustable, so make this exercise as difficult or as easy as you please!
