Crash mats are ideal for landing, tumbling and also general sport applications. You can use them in sports such as parkour, athletics, gymnastics and in martial arts such as tae-kwon-do and karate. They are specially designed for safe landing in all of these sports to try and reduce injury due to the high quality foam in these mats so they are perfect for a wide array of sports.
The mat itself is blue and orange and is extremely easy to transport with handles on either side. The mat is encased with fire retardant casing for safety and for hygiene purposes has breather holes which expel air upon landing. There are also toggles which enable you to attach multiple mats together which in turn will enable the user to create a bigger surface area if needs be.
