The Bolt Monolift Rig Attachment is an excellent, more affordable alternative to pricey, full-scale monolift devices and can be customized to fit any rig or rack. These heavy-duty metal hooks, which are sold in pairs, have unique counterweight handles at the top that allow them to swing several inches back toward the rack and remain there when you raise a barbell off the Monolift. As a result, there is enough extra room to start your squats or other exercises right away without having to walk the bar out of the rack. Reracking is also simple since you can swing the Monolift back into place by guiding the bar into the unloaded hooks’ slanted angle.
